Why practice at this level?
It seems like you already know everything. But speaking skills aren't just grammar and vocabulary. It's speed, spontaneity, the ability to formulate complex thoughts on the fly. This needs to be trained.
💡 Use AI to the fullest. Ask it to take the opposite position in debates. Discuss complex topics where you need to argue. Talk about what really matters to you. At this level, AI is a conversation partner you can discuss anything with. Take advantage of that.
